🛒 Ordering
1. How can I place an order on HerbsPro.in?
Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, or opt for Cash on Delivery (in select ZIP codes).
2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You may request cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped—whichever is earlier. Email support@herbspro.in or call +91-8333027018.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
3. Do you offer free shipping?
✅ Yes, shipping is free on all orders, including both domestic (India) and international (USA to India) shipments.
4. How long does delivery take?

India warehouse products: Delivered within 2–5 business days.

USA warehouse products: Delivered within 7–10 business days.
5. Are customs duties or extra charges applicable on international orders?
No. All duties are included in the product price. You pay nothing extra at the time of delivery.
6. Will GST be charged on my order?
Yes, GST is added at checkout as per Indian tax regulations.
7. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your HerbsPro.in account.
💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)
8. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on India warehouse products. It is offered based on ZIP code availability. No COD fees apply.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
10. Can I return a damaged or wrong item?
Yes. Please report damage or wrong items within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@herbspro.in with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
11. Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Certain items are marked as non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, opened packages). If returned, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
12. How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

We ship from:

14. Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, a tax invoice with GST details is emailed to you after order confirmation. You can also download it from your HerbsPro.in account.
