The prices mentioned and displayed on the website do not include the USA to India Duty and Shipping Charges. Also, the shipping and handling charges are charged based on the product’s weight and the shipping destination you have indicated.

Free Shipping Policy

Herbspro.in follows a unique shipping policy for the benefit of the customer. We treat our customers as kings, in the sense that we take utmost care that the product ordered by the customer is delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Note: Extra shipping charges might apply for glass items, liquids, or very heavy packages due to the dimensions of the box. Please email support@herbspro.in for any questions and concerns.

Shipping Methods

Herbspro.in follows a few significant shipping methods to prove on par with excellence in their service. We have inbuilt shipping options that one can check at the time of placing the order online, and we can offer as per the request and norms, depending upon the packed weight of the box and shipping zones.

Back Orders

Herbspro.in is updated with the latest inventory status on a day-to-day basis. In case of any rare situation, if the website is not updated, it is a very unlikely event that a product goes back on order. We will let the customer know about every move and the status of the product to be delivered. Herbspro.in will notify the customer through email or phone within six days of the purchase.

In such cases, to avoid delaying your entire order, Herbspro.in might split your order and send the products that are already available. The back-ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available.

Order Tracking

When you place an order for a product, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours from Herbspro.in. This email will include the order number and the email address associated with the order. Shipping confirmation is sent via email along with the package tracking number and instructions when the package is on board.

If you do not receive an email notification, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account to check the status, print your confirmation email, and get the tracking number.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

When an order is placed on Herbspro.in, it confirms that the customer agrees to the shipping terms and conditions. Shipping labels are automatically generated with in-house software, and accuracy depends on the information provided by the customer during checkout.

In case of any incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., incorrect zip code, missing apartment number), your package may be returned or incur an address correction fee. You will be charged accordingly.

If a customer refuses a returned order, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Herbspro.in is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking information from the shipping company is trusted as proof of delivery. If tracking shows undelivered status, we will re-ship the order. The risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete.

Returns & Refunds

We want your shopping experience to be pleasant and completely satisfactory. Therefore, we offer a “No Questions” 30-day return policy.

Replacement products will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days

Returns due to Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If the product is damaged or defective, Herbspro.in will issue a refund or arrange a replacement based on your preference.

The damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for return.

Please email a photograph of the damaged product to support@herbspro.in. Our team will review and verify the damage before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

Non-returnable Products

Some products are non-returnable. If a customer still wants to return a non-returnable product, a 25% restocking fee will apply after customer communication.

Customer Returns or Refused Shipments

  • Returned products must be unopened and sealed (unless defective).
  • Returns must be made within 30 days.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return.
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
