Where we come from

HerbsPro began in 2004 in Hayward, California, as the online store of Universal Herbs, Inc. The idea was straightforward: give people access to the best natural health brands, keep every product fresh, and treat every customer like a regular.

Two decades later, that idea still runs the business. HerbsPro now carries more than 50,000 products from over 2,000 brands, has shipped more than two million orders worldwide, and operates its own warehouses on both coasts of the United States. We've been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies five times, and we've held Better Business Bureau accreditation since 2006.

We've never outsourced the part that matters. We buy, store and ship our own inventory, because that's the only way to truly stand behind it.

Why India

For years, a steady share of our orders came from Indian customers, or from families in the US sending products home to parents and relatives in India. The demand was clear. So was the problem: getting a genuine international supplement in India was slow, expensive and uncertain.

HerbsPro India was set up to close that gap. It brings the same brands, the same sourcing standards and the same care to customers here, with local delivery, local support and a team that understands this market. Today, more than 26,000 customers across India trust us with their everyday wellness.
