Return Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must report it to our customer support team within 2 calendar days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
2. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 2 calendar days with supporting photographs.

We will arrange a return pick-up and dispatch the correct product or issue a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These may include:

Opened or used personal care items

Consumables (such as dietary supplements) if opened

Temperature-sensitive products
These items will be clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
If a customer requests to return a non-returnable item after delivery, a 25% restocking fee may apply, subject to approval.

Shipment Refusal
If you refuse the package at the time of delivery, a full refund will be processed once the product is returned to us in unused condition.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return instead, as per the policy above.
