Direct from the source

Every product is bought from the brand itself or its authorised distributor. We don't buy from resellers, parallel importers or unverified wholesalers. Ever. It's the same standard HerbsPro has held with more than 2,000 brands since 2004.

Imported the right way

Our international products come into India through proper import channels and meet applicable FSSAI requirements, so what you buy is legal, labelled and accounted for.

Stored with care

Supplements are sensitive to heat, light and humidity. Our inventory is kept in controlled conditions [at our warehouse in San Francisco, Maryland, Hyderabad and Delhi], so the product you receive is the product the brand intended.

Freshness you can count on

We monitor expiry dates batch by batch. We don't ship products close to expiry, and if you ever receive one that is, we'll replace or refund it. No argument.

Sealed and untouched

Every product ships in its original, tamper-sealed manufacturer packaging. If a seal is broken on arrival, don't use it. Tell us and we'll make it right.

Honest information

Product descriptions on our site reflect what the brand states. We don't exaggerate benefits or make medical claims, and we'll always tell you to speak to your doctor where it matters.

If something's wrong, we fix it.
