Hinge placement: 1. Measure around leg, 3 in above knee. 2. Use s/m pocket if your knee measures 13.0 - 17.0 in (33.0 - 43.0 cm). 3. Use l/xl pocket if your knee measures 17 - 21 in (43 - 53 cm). 4. Flex hinge into a "v" shape. 5. Insert hinge ends into the side pockets. 6. Repeat this process for both hinges. 7. Adjust as needed. Easy to apply: 1. Adjust position of side hinges (see above). 2. Align over leg, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section. Care: remove hinges before washing. Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
