Apply teddy tint to clean, dry lips, starting at cupids bow, outlining lips first, then filling in lips completely to desired coverage. Use one swipe for sheer color, apply two times for a soft blurred look, or apply a third coat for a bold pop of color. Let teddy tint lip tint fully dry for up to 15 minutes to set. Optionally, dab a bit of teddy tint on the apples of cheeks and blend in for a complementary cheek tint. Enjoy long lasting lip tint and cheek tint for up to 12 hours.
