Apply liquid lipstick to clean, bare lips using the built in applicator, starting at cupids bow and working outward. Allow two minutes to dry, then apply the ultra conditioning lip balm to seal in moisture. Reapply the lip balm throughout the day as needed to replenish shine and hydration. Remove with an oil based makeup remover or micellar water.
