Directions: Shake well before using. Do not take more than six doses in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 2 teaspoonfuls every 4 hours. Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: 1 teaspoonful every 4 hours. Children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor. Store in a cool place.

Warnings
Do not use if you are now taking prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you are uncertain whether your prescription contains an MAOI, consult a health professional before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, emphysema a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if cough persists for more than one week cough tends to recur cough is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache.
