1. Place support around the lower back area using both hands. 2. While holding the support in place over the stomach area, pull the inner belt (closest to the body) with the hook tab across the stomach area and lock it down. 3. Pull the two ends of the outer belt across the abdominal area to your desired tension and support level. 4. Lock down the ends of the outer belt by attaching the hook tab sections across and down the opposite side of the belt. Adjust suspenders for a comfortable fit. The work belt can be re-adjusted to fit the needs of many different activities. Care instructions: hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners.
